The well-known speaker Carsten Stahl spoke to the attentive students about the importance of having the courage to be civil, building self-confidence and rejecting the follower syndrome. Another main goal of the project was to teach values such as respect and tolerance in order to prevent violence and bullying at school.
Carsten Stahl, known from television and as co-founder of the "Camp Stahl" project, inspired the pupils with his honest and open speech. He encouraged them to stop playing the role of victim and to have the courage to stand up against bullying and violence. "Camp Stahl" was a complete success and gave the pupils valuable tools to take action against bullying and violence. The IPS Stollberg is thus actively committed to peaceful and respectful coexistence.
